Senior Quality Administrator (Student Engagement)

The opportunity

This role offers a committed and experienced candidate the opportunity to coordinate and support student engagement in external and internal student surveys and University Quality enhancement processes. You will be maintaining an overview of external and internal student surveys at the University and supporting initiatives that are designed to respond to the student feedback received.  

About you

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have a good understanding of HE quality assurance and student engagement within the higher education sector, providing advice and guidance to staff at all levels across the university on related matters. You will have experience of providing high level administrative support. The ability to effectively manage your workload and prioritise conflicting demands is crucial, as is the ability to work within a busy team.
