The opportunity

The Health and Safety Team Administrator provides high-quality office administrative support to the Director of Health and Safety and the Health and Safety Team. We are a small, energetic and enthusiastic professional team of 10, who work dynamically across all parts of UAL.

The role is varied, involving managing the Director’s appointments, organising meetings, taking meeting notes, creating/updating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.

Additionally, the role supports the organisation of health and safety training courses securing venues and engaging with candidates before and after their training.

About you

A capable and well-qualified individual, you will have experience providing administrative support in a busy office environment. This will include a comprehensive and confident understanding of MS Office applications including Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as business record systems/databases to administer data and information. Utilising strong communication skills, you will be capable of working collaboratively and flexibly within a team. In addition to this, you will feel confident analysing complex information and working independently, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
