The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a systems support administrator to build on their existing experience and knowledge of CRM and develop a career within our student marketing and recruitment services.

Our CRM approach is pivotal in engaging prospective students from enquiry, to application and right through to enrolment. As the Marketing Assistant (CRM), you will play a key role in ensuring our CRM processes for UK, EU and international student recruitment are administered effectively. Under the guidance of the CRM Manager you will provide a first class CRM system support service to colleagues across the University. This will include:

  • Providing high levels of customer service
  • Undertaking CRM administration tasks
  • Providing user support and CRM system training
  • Ensuring data integrity and compliance with the GDPR

About you

The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in the use of CRM platforms, likely to have been gained in a similar systems support, admin or database maintenance role. This role will involve processing large volumes of data so attention to detail and a systematic approach are essential. You will also have the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as the role involves working with and supporting a large number of stakeholders.

Previous experience of the Higher Education sector is not essential, however you must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of CRM when marketing to prospective students.

In your application you will be asked to complete a personal statement. Applications will only be considered from those who outline how they meet the criteria within the formal job description.

In return, University of the Arts London offers generous leave, a final salary pension and a commitment to your continuing personal development and training in an environment that encourages excellence, creativity and diversity. Relocation assistance is available.

This opportunity is closed to applications.
