The opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Student Recruitment Coordinator to join our friendly and fast paced Internal and External Relations team. In this varied role, you will undertake a range of student recruitment, promotional and marketing activities for London College of Communication aimed at raising awareness of the College, increasing course applications and ensuring the successful conversion of applications to enrolments.
Your primary role will be to organise a diverse programme of student recruitment events, including open days/evenings and visits to external recruitment fairs. You will also produce and deliver engaging marketing communications and work closely with academic and support staff as well as student helpers.
Other responsibilities will include assisting with marketing research and implementing targeted marketing campaigns.
About you
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of working in a student recruitment or marketing role and ideally hold a communications or marketing qualification. Both enthusiastic and self-motivated, you will be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent event organisation skills are essential, as is the ability to network and build strong relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Also essential are strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to contribute to marketing plans, campaigns and communications that utilise a wide range of online and offline channels.
