The opportunity

Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon colleges have ambitious plans, individually and collectively, over the next 5 years. Following the launch of the 5 year strategy, we are driving forward this agenda which includes developing the nature of our physical footprint and use of space across the colleges.

Working closely with the Estates Programme Manager and the Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Programme and Projects Manager, you will provide first class project and relationship management. You will be the connector between Estates and the colleges as they work together to realise the ambition of the strategy and bring to life the vision for space.

The role demands significant experience in the construction/development field, coupled with an ability to foster close and productive working relationships between a variety of parties. An adaptable, personable and flexible approach will be required, with an expectation for hands on project management as well as specialist advice and guidance.
