The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an existing member of UAL staff to gain valuable management experience on a secondment until end September 2019. 

 

You will manage Language Centre registration systems and services, from enquiry to course completion and act as the Language Centre work stream lead on the Academic Enterprise Marketing and Sales System (AEMSS) project.

 

Leading the student support team, the Operations Manager ensures client and student needs and compliance standards are met and that the Language Centre offers an excellent student experience.  

 

You will work with a wide range of stakeholders including Language Centre staff, external suppliers, central university colleagues and project teams.    

About you

Degree educated, you will have strong IT skills and knowledge of UKVI policies. You will have experience of using a Learner Management System and a proven ability to become a proficient user of a new operating system in a short space of time.

You will have experience of working with a project team and external contractors on new system implementation and of developing and maintaining technical and procedural documents and records.

As a confident communicator you are experienced in working with customers and motivating others to offer excellent customer service.

Some knowledge of the AEMSS project would be desirable.
