The Screen School at London College of Communication is looking to recruit a Senior Lecturer for our BA (Hons) Film and Screen Studies course. The course teaches the historical, theoretical, cultural and critical analysis of Film and Screen, with practice focused on commissioning, distribution, programming, curation and exhibition. This new interdisciplinary course aims to advance a critical understanding of contemporary screen cultures, including collaboration with external organisations. In the final year students develop a public facing film/screen festival. There is a strong emphasis around diversity, inclusivity and decolonisation in the course.

The successful candidate will lead and manage the delivery, development, assessment, quality, and teaching, including a focus on curating, collaboration and programming. The appointed candidate will work primarily under the direction of the Course Leader BA (Hons) Film and Screen Studies and the Programme Director of Film and Television and with academic, administrative and technical staff teams to deliver the course.
