The opportunity
We will look to you to provide a comprehensive administrative support and record maintenance service to a specified portfolio of courses. You will make a valuable contribution to delivering excellent experiences for both staff and students, through the provision of high quality information and support services. Responding to staff and student queries via email, Moodle, phone and in person, your other responsibilities will range from maintaining records and systems, to assisting with document preparation.
About you
You will have experience of a customer focused position, preferably in a student centred academic environment and will have received formal training or education at a post-16 level. You will be enthusiastic and self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team. Strong communication and organisation skills are essential.
