The opportunity
University of the Arts London is looking for Admissions Officers to join the team on a full time, 2 year fixed term contract.
You will be part of the University’s Admissions Service and will be based at High Holborn, but you may be required to work across the Service at different sites or work from home. You will facilitate the admissions process for a portfolio of courses ensuring a connected and seamless approach for prospective students throughout their applicant journey.
You will be expected to contribute to the overall effective service delivery of providing information and support to ensure a high quality admissions service is provided to prospective students and academic decision makers in accordance with agreed standards.
About you
The ideal candidate for this role would be highly organised and a skilled problem solver, with plenty of initiative and creativity with an eye for detail. You will bring to the role significant admissions administrative experience in a higher education environment, making use of databases and Microsoft Office applications. Vitally, you are a collaborative, supportive and customer-focused individual, with strong communication skills both in person and in writing.
