Working with the PVC/Head of College, the Dean of Academic Strategy provides leadership of the delivery and development of the Central Saint Martins Academic Strategy and academic aspects of College Annual Operating Plan.

University of the Arts London is a vibrant world centre for innovation, drawing together six Colleges with international reputations in art, design, fashion, communication and performing arts.

Central Saint Martins is world-renowned arts and design college bringing together a diverse range of creative practices under one roof. Across art, design and performance, our students create the ideas, materials and actions for a better future.

You will have extensive experience of national and global art and design education, and the internal and external policies that shape it. You will also have experience of developing new curricula and other academic initiatives, and of shaping and influencing developments within organisations.
