The opportunity
The role of the Customer Service Finance Administrator will work closely with the rest of the UAL Short Course Finance & Customer Service team.
The post holder will be responsible for effective and efficient processing of finance administration for customer facing finance operations, including refunds, course transfers, company bookings and raising sales invoices. You will communicate with customers via email and over the phone.
About you
You will be have experience of working in a financial environment processing finance administration, working with tight deadlines and familiar with financial processes, policies and procedures.
With high level Customer Service experience, experience of excellent oral and written communication skills, you will be able to liaise effectively with your team and colleagues, and also to build and maintain positive relationships while sharing best practice with colleagues in other short course teams and throughout UAL. You will have the ability to plan and priorities workload effectively to achieve short and long-term objectives.
