The opportunity

We require an experienced administrator to play a key role in the work of the Resources Team and provide an excellent level of support to staff across London College of Fashion. You will work flexibly as a member of the team and be responsible for processing a full range of staff development activities.
It's a fast-paced people focused role, including promoting and organising staff development activities, supporting the Associate Dean of Learning, Teaching and Enhancement with the delivery of staff development to meet the College strategy and coordinating a range of induction events for new staff.  

About you

Your significant administrative experience will be backed up by a relevant degree or equivalent relevant experience. Strong on coordinating events and producing qualitative and analytical reports, you'll bring IT know-how including Microsoft Office, email, intranet, internet and electronic diaries, plus you'll be skilled in managing your work to tight deadlines. You will have excellent accuracy and organisational skills and be an effective team player. Key to this, will be your first rate interpersonal, customer service and communication skills and your ability to build excellent relationships.
You will be conversant in the use of databases, excel and data analysis as well as being able to create realistic plans to achieve your own deadlines and objectives and those of the department. You will be professional with the capacity to work autonomously and the ability to prioritise a high workload.
