The opportunity

The post holder will work to support the organisation and administration of placements for students across Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges.  This will include short term in year placements and full placement years (Diploma in Professional Studies).  This will involve working with students and academic tutors to support the placement approval process and students while on placement.  It will also include supporting the Placements working group.    

About you

You will be able to build relationships with tutors and staff across Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges working with them to ensure the successful organisation of placements.  While working with students you will be able to clearly communicate information and respond to quickly to enquiries.  You will be organised and able to plan and communicate timelines and key goals needed for successful delivery of the placement.  You will be able to ensure the smooth running of meetings and ensure clear notes and actions.

The ability to set up monitoring of placements is important tracking and keeping up to date for students, tutors and managers the progress of placements.
