The opportunity

The purpose of this role is to provide dedicated administrative support and projects co-ordination to support the operation of the HR services at UAL Post holder will coordinate and support HR projects as required. As part of the HR Business Support Hub Coordinator will provide a  specialist support to Associate Director and Heads of HR services to ensure they can deliver their service/objectives seamlessly whilst maintaining high customer service standards.  Post holder will coordinate and support HR projects as required. The role will also have shared duties and responsibilities for general administrative support to the HR Department and Chief People Officer as and when required. 

About you

We are looking for a dedicated, driven individual who is looking to use their strong organisational skills and experience including:time management;creative thinking,problem solving and multitasking to help support our projects and essential work in the HR service. As part of the HR Business Support you will need to be a highly flexible and skilled administrator with excellent digital and customer service skills gained through previous demonstrable experience. You will be working with senior stakeholders across the university and so your team work and communications skills will be of a high standard. You will have experience of supporting customers and stakeholders along with a proven ability to co-ordinate projects and monitor actions.
