The opportunity

The successful candidate will provide a proactive, full and comprehensive administrative support and record maintenance service for a portfolio of courses. They will make a valuable contribution to delivering high quality experiences for staff and students, through the provision of a variety of information and support services.

Their varied responsibilities will range from supporting key events such as Enrolment, Exam Boards and Course Committees, responding to queries from students and staff, maintaining reports, systems and course documentation, to monitoring and checking key statistics and compliance requirements.

About you

We value the diversity of experience our staff bring with them. Whilst experience of working in a Higher Education setting will be helpful, we positively welcome front line customer service experience from across a range of sectors. Key to this role will be your effective written and oral communication skills, the ability to plan and prioritise work and achieve outcomes, and your collaborative approach. Successful candidates will also be confident in the use of Microsoft applications. If you meet these requirements, the opportunities open to you at UAL are hard to beat.
