The opportunity

We are recruiting for a Course Leader position for one of our 15-month MA courses that sit within the school of Design and Technology, London College of fashion. MA Fashion Artefact is internationally recognised as a pioneering course within global education. We are seeking a 0.8 grade 6 course leader role.  You would be responsible for the academic leadership and management of MA Fashion Artefact and would also oversee the low-residential MA fashion Artefact mode of study. Your role would also include the maintenance and enhancement of standards and responsibility for the design, development, and delivery of the curriculum. The day-to-day management of the Course including and all areas of learning, teaching, and assessment of students. 

About you

A recognised practitioner within either craft or product design with the knowledge of practical 3D prototyping and manufacturing processes including metals, plastics, wood, and leather. With an understanding of the practical approach and methodologies needed for both hand crafted, & digital manufacturing. Contributes to advancing professional practice/research or scholarly activity in your own area of specialism, maintaining your position as a leader in your field.
