The opportunity

This is an exciting new opportunity to provide effective and professional administrative support to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Education (DVCE) and the immediate team. This will include the day-to-day management of the DVCE diary, correspondence and office systems I processes, with an emphasis on the development of digital approaches that enable greater efficiency. You will take a proactive role in providing full administrative support to DVCE’s priority projects, engaging with the full breadth of the DVCE portfolio and working across UAL with colleagues in colleges and central services.

About you

You are a highly organised, great communicator and have significant administrative experience working with senior level and/or high-profile individuals, as a personal or executive assistant. You have excellent digital skills, work well in a team and enjoy the challenge of your own projects as well as working in a supporting role.
