The opportunity

As Events Assistant, you will work closely with the Events Coordinator in supporting the delivery of London College of Communication’s events programme. This includes handling all event requests and the events calendar, as well as the coordination and smooth delivery of a wide programme of events that attract external audiences, contributing to the positive experiences of our staff, students and graduates. The role demands an outstanding level of internal and external customer service, exceptional organisational skills, and a strong eye for detail ensuring that all events follow the required procedures and are programmed correctly and efficiently.

About you

You will have knowledge of and an interest in creative communications including design, media and screen and/or the arts. You will have relevant experience of administrative work with excellent organisational skills and a good eye for detail ensuring accuracy. You will be experienced at working both independently and collaboratively and have knowledge and experience of supporting events. You will have strong communication skills and be able to provide strong customer service with a positive and responsive attitude towards staff, student and general public.
