The opportunity

You’ll lead the Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon (CCW). Public Engagement team to deliver an exciting and innovative programme of activities which are aligned to the colleges’ strategic priorities. You’ll be the main interface between internal and external stakeholders, creating links, building relationships and communicating the value and impact of reputational, public and community engagement to multiple audiences. You’ll work closely with Academic, Outreach, Knowledge Exchange, Student Journey, Marketing and Communications teams to develop and sustain Public Engagement as a core part of college business.

You’ll have management oversight of all aspects of strategic audience engagement, ranging from community events, student showcase, exhibitions and conferences, ensuring alignment of resources to the strategic priorities of the university.

About you

You’ll have extensive experience in public engagement, audience development, project and resource management and an understanding of art, design and performance in an HE context. You’ll be able to communicate in a compelling and influential way to diverse audiences and demonstrate leadership in setting the direction and values of the Public Engagement programme across CCW.
