The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and confident Executive Assistant to support the President & Chancellor in a fast-paced role, working at the most senior level of the University. The role involves all areas of executive support, including diary and event management, project work and meetings support, and playing a proactive role as a key member of the Executive Board support team.
About you
You will be educated to degree level/equivalent or have appropriate relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of higher education. You will have excellent proven communication skills and be pro-active in planning and managing a varied workload, including diary and event management and project support. You will be confident in liaising with senior colleagues and be able to prioritise and problem solve quickly.
