The opportunity

Working as part of the Digital Learning Support team, you will play an important role in delivering high quality, customer-focused support to staff and students using our digital learning platforms.

The role forms part of a wider, distributed Digital Learning team. You will collaborate with other colleagues to provide timely and effective support to our users, maintain guidance and resource materials, and actively contribute to the sharing of knowledge and practice within the wider digital learning network.   

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly collaborative individual with demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer support within an educational or IT related role. You will understand Administrative-level system management for web-based software and platforms, and an appreciation of how technologies can support and enable teaching and learning.

The role will require you to work systematically, find solutions and resolve issues to provide a positive experience for our end users. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, work well under pressure and enjoy working as part of a larger team.
