The opportunity
If you have experience in delivering socially engaged exhibitions, performances, talks, festivals or residencies, this position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role managing and coordinating a public programme across Chelsea, Camberwell and Wimbledon Colleges of Arts.
You’ll work with the Head of Public Engagement and other colleagues to identify local, national and international audiences, overseeing a programme that promotes access and collaboration.
Alongside academic colleagues from across Art, Design and Performance, you’ll devise and deliver a public programme that supports our research, knowledge exchange and teaching.
In support of developing our public programmes, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing external and internal partnerships which promote collaboration and mutual benefit
- Developing and delivering a programme of student engagement which brings together public engagement, research impact and student experience priorities
- Managing the exhibitions team in the delivery of public programmes
- In collaboration with the Communications team, preparing and delivering communications on the public programme
About you
Committed to harnessing creativity for social purpose, you’ll need extensive experience in the design, development and delivery of public programmes.
Adept at working in partnership, you’ll have the ability to communicate in a compelling and influential way.
You’ll also need the ability to motivate and lead others and promote collaboration.
