You’ll provide responsive on-demand in-person and remote assistance to staff, supporting them in their use of installed AV hardware and software for teaching, remote learning, lecture capture and live streaming.

You are approachable with good communication skills and even when working under pressure, you’re able to give clear and accurate information to ensure a high level of quality service delivery.  You’ll have a resourceful and considered approach to problem solving.

You’ll be able to demonstrate experience of working in a busy customer/ client facing role, where you provided technical support for professional AV hardware and software.
