The opportunity
As part of the Assessment and Quality team you will be in a team delivering high service standards. Reporting to the Quality Manager at LCF you will be responsible for administering the University’s Student Complaints, Appeals, Extenuating Circumstances and Academic Misconduct policies and procedures within the College providing a confidential, professional and objective advice service in support of these policies and procedures.
About you
Educated to a minimum undergraduate degree level or with equivalent relevant experience, you will have experience of administering Student Complaints and Appeals policies and procedures in higher education having the ability to establish good working relations with a diverse range of people from academic staff to external organisations.
